Our 2018 Zom-B-MAD Festival – 5th to 7th Oct
The clock’s ticking. We are pleased to announce our new event at the Lady’s Mile Holiday Park in Dawlish. Another full weekend of festivities and fun at Zom-B-MAD. See the separate page for details.
BMAD is, probably, the biggest biker, music and beer festival in the South West of England. Now in its 13th year and better than ever before. With plenty of bikes, bands and beers to keep everyone happy; and with food, traders and the wonderful beach – it’s likely to be the perfect weekend.
All the money raised at both the Wednesday Bike Nights and the Festival goes to our chosen charities. Your donations over the years have made and will continue to make a huge difference to our community.
There’s another BMAD Event on 5th-7th October 2018 in Dawlish.
Similar to the BMAD Paignton Festival but with onsite accommodation.
Bike, Beer & Music Festival
We have put together an incredible line up for our main Festival in May 2019 with some of the top bands in the UK & Europe. Gates will open as usual at 6pm on Friday 3rd May 2019. There will be thousands of bikes arriving along the sea front and plenty to see all weekend. Music will finish at 11pm. Saturday the 4th May sees the gates opening at 10am and the same on Sunday 5th May with a full programme of Bands every day across two stages.
Every biker who comes through the BMAD entrance makes a donation which allows BMAD to make a difference to so many lives across the TQ postcode area. The Wednesday evenings are also a huge tourist attraction for non-bikers who have free access to the promenade. There are collecting cans at the BMAD trailer and the BMAD team will gratefully accept donations from the general public.
The objectives of BMAD (Bikers Make a Difference) are to raise money for public benefit in providing funding to sick, disabled and disadvantaged young people up to the age of 19 in the TQ area; and other charities that also provide services to the local TQ communities which directly or indirectly benefit young people.
Paignton Bike Night takes place on Wednesday nights between June and the end of September on the sea front at Paignton. Gates open at 6pm.
Bike Night is intended to be a place to get together with like minded people and at the same time raise money for charity. Having said that, the event has become very popular with both locals and tourists who are just amazed to see so many bikes in one location and is now becoming an unofficial tourist attraction during the summer months.
