Without BMAD marshals neither the ever popular BMAD Paignton Bike Festival nor the Wednesday Bike Nights would be able to take place.

The marshals are the unsung heroes of BMAD, giving up their free time so that others can enjoy both events.
This page has been set up for the benefit of current, and those wanting to become, BMAD marshals.

We are currently in the process of recruiting new volunteer marshals for our 2010 festival and bike nights throughout the Wednesday nights.

Marshalls have a great responsibility in keeping the festival and bike nights running smoothly and trouble free.

We are looking for people that are able to commit several hours throughout the weekend of the festival this year. We are happy if you can just spare a few hours, it all helps. You will be asked to provide assistance as and where needed across the whole festival.

This will include gate duty, motorcycle marshalling - directional parking, leaflet distribution, litter picking and general public assistance.

So who can be a Marshall?

You have to be aged 16 or over for insurance reasons, men and women can apply (and dogs) and you need a sense of humour. Apart from that as long as dayglo yellow doesn't clash with your hair colour you'll be fine.

For further info please contact Chris on 07736 010506 or email here.
