Next Wednesday 26 September is the last BMAD Bike Night this year.

 

The presentation of cheques will take place and to mark the occasion, weather permitting, Devon Air Ambulance will be arriving at approximately 7.15pm on the North Green. On board,  there will be a BBC film crew who will be recording the proceedings for a future programme.

 

Representatives from St Johns Ambulance and Torbay Young Carers

will receive their cheques also.

 

The current amount collected so far this year is in excess of £27,000 and requests for funds can be made on the BMAD website. (Please complete the feedback form in the first instance.)

 

BMAD will continue throughout the winter months. They meet every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm at the Parkers Arms, Totnes Road, Paignton and regular ride outs will take place on Sundays (weather permitting), the destinations of which are discussed at the social evening on the previous Wednesday.

 

The BMAD 2008 calendar will kick off with the Bike Fest over the May Day weekend Friday 2^nd -  Sunday 4^th May 2008.

We have also published our takings for this years fund. This can been seen on the fundraising page, and once again, it's down to all of you for valued support.
